Over the past year our consulting team has been very active in the S&OP field.
Mario Valadez, our Business Manager for México and Latin America has spearheaded a number of very interesting initiatives both in México and Central America. Mario has recently completed an important S&OP process re-engineering proyect for Tyson de México, TYson Foods, as well as a similar project for El Cañal, the main sugar processing company in El Salvador.
On the IT side of things, we are in the process of completing an important undertaking for one of the major fertilizer organizations in Canada and worldwide. We have developed a tactical planning/S&OP version of Opti-Net, our supply chain optimization system. The tool has been customized to meet the very specific and unique functional and operational needs of this organization.
