Our approach is holistic.  We will use whatever necessary combination of processes, methodologies or software tools are appropriate.

The customized nature of our software solutions is a reflection of our emphasis on solving your specific needs.

As software developers it would have been considerably easier to market packaged rather than customized solutions.  But, unfortunately, a generalized, packaged approach to advanced planning and optimization problems will usually not work well.  As the planning horizon shortens from strategic to more tactical and operational issues, the number and complexity of unique business rules grows exponentially, as does the volume of data that needs to be manipulated.

So we are faced with two basic options: “Adjust” reality to reflect the software, or adjust the software to reflect reality.   If we are going to help you address your needs via the use of a planning tool, the choice is clear.  At least it has been to us from day one.

We chose the latter.
