Management Consulting

Not all supply chain and operational problems require software solutions. Often, they are best solved with the support of an experienced, external (and therefore more objective) consulting team.

Our team of consultants offers a skills mix that extends far beyond system implementation.  Over the years we have helped client organizations implement organizational, procedural and methodological changes that have resulted in increased supply chain performance, improved customer service and lower operational costs.

Diagnostic studies is an area of our practice growing in popularity. Leveraging our mix of business, logistics, optimization, project management and technology skills, we will:

  • Conduct an audit of your operation, business practices, information flow and planning tools
  • Present a detailed roadmap identifying organizational, procedural and IT opportunities for improvement
  • Develop a pragmatic, phased implementation plan to realize these potential opportunities

Another important area of our practice is the design and implementation of S&OP processes.  Our team has worked with organizations in a number of different industries, helping them map, analyze, re-design and implement planning processes.

Software Implementation Consulting

Our software implementation consulting support ensures that the solution being developed reflects the issues it is supposed to address and that the user community has a good working knowledge of the system and its features.  Our team draws upon the 20 years Technologix has developing and implementing planning and optimization solutions, and offers a high level of project management, modeling, customization and implementation skills.

The objective is quite simple: Ensure we complete the project on time and within budget, avoiding the risks, delays and unexpected expenses associated with the validation, installation and integration of the new system with the existing corporate IT environment.
