Analytics

OptiLogix™ provides its users six different avenues to analyze and interpret solution data:  Mapping, graphs,   queries, data cubes, standard and customized reports.

Mapping with Microsoft’s MapPoint

OptiLogix™ incorporates Microsoft’s MapPoint as its mapping and geographical engine.   MapPoint is used to visualize the solutions of scenario runs and its geographical and location information is accessed to derive distance-based freight rate information.

Standard Management Reports

The standard version of Opti-Net™  incorporates over 20 standard management reports that display product flows and resource utilization at different levels of aggregation.  Reports can be filtered, previewed, sent to Excel for further analysis, emailed or printed.

Custom Reports

In addition to the set of standard reports, OptiLogix™ implementations incorporate additional reports that are specific (in terms of layout and/or content) to the client organization.

Queries

Our proprietary query engine allows users to extract, summarize, filter, graph, export, print and save input and solution data in formats and layouts that complement those offered by the set of reports.  Similarly to the management reports, OptiLogix™ is installed with a standard set of queries, and customized ones are added if so required.

Data Cubes

A report or query, whether printed on paper or viewed on-screen, is at best a two-dimensional tabular representation of data.  Often a more complex view of data is required, and the Data Cube engine installed with OptiLogix™ addresses this need,  allowing users the flexibility to ‘slice and dice’ demand and solution data as required.
